Margaret Troyer worked as a teacher and literacy coach for nine years before earning her Doctorate in Education. She is currently the Director of Literacy Research and Development at the SERP Institute. Chaundra Mitchell is a Literacy Specialist with 16 years of experience as an educator, having served as a language arts teacher, special education teacher, and reading interventionist in the Washington D.C. area.

You will also meet the eight experienced DCPS teachers who have opened their classrooms and shared their expertise on establishing and maintaining effective literacy workstations.
