1.03 · Overview of the Course
There are eight course sessions in total. We recommend that you complete sessions at a pace of one per week to provide time to try out practices before moving to the next session. If your schedule is constrained, completing one session every other week is also fine. Momentum may be lost if you move through the course at a slower pace.
